Summer Programs

Only One Week Remains! Join us for the final week of Barre Equestrian Summer Camp at our beautiful new location in Woodbury, Connecticut!

Our last session runs August 3–7, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and is perfect for children ages 5–12 of all experience levels.

Each day is filled with:

• Daily horseback riding instruction 
• Hands-on horse care and horsemanship 
• Arts and crafts 
• Water and sensory activities 
• Fun games and new friendships 

Campers will gain confidence, build riding skills, learn how to care for horses, and create lasting memories in a safe, welcoming environment surrounded by our expanded facilities, including an indoor arena, outdoor riding rings, and plenty of space to explore.

Don't miss the second riding session of the summer at Barre Equestrian's beautiful new location in Woodbury, CT!

Beginning July 30, these fun and engaging group lessons are held Thursdays from 5:00–6:00 PM and are designed for riders of all experience levels.

Participants will enjoy:

• Group horseback riding instruction 
• Horsemanship and riding skill development 
• Hands-on horse care, including grooming, tacking, and untacking 
• A supportive, social atmosphere where riders build confidence and friendships 

Please allow a little extra time after each lesson for untacking and grooming, as caring for the horses is an important part of the Barre Equestrian experience.
